Our Products

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be minor variations in colour or design. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but we do not warrant that they are error-free.

Placing an Order

To place an order, browse our website, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. You are required to pay for your order at the time of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Clayvell is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail - Free Shipping (3-5 Business Days) at £0.00 and DHL Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) at £6.99. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Returns and Refunds

Faulty Goods
